Delete your Kuza account
How to delete your account and the data linked to it.
1. In the app or on the website (fastest)
- Sign in to your Kuza account.
- Open Settings.
- Choose "Delete my account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. If you cannot sign in
If your account was set up for you by a Kuza agent, or you cannot sign in, ask your agent or contact PAH Kenya to have your data deleted.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Your farm records, journal entries and conversations with Kuza AI.
- Photos and files you uploaded (farm photos, earnings evidence).
Records we must keep for legal, security or audit reasons may be kept in a form that does not identify you. See the Privacy Policy.
Deletion cannot be undone.
